I have used this station 3 times The staff are great bus drivers and are Very pleasant and helpful 502 Belfast is a handy day out
Reviews for some reason are giving a negative indication of this Bus Station. I however have nothing but good things to say, clearly going through a bus station is a 5 minute experience. Yet the lady working in the office was friendly and the bus drivers in their buses answered questions on Saturday when the office was closed for the weekend. Sheltered seating areas with buses that head up to Belfast directly all throughout the week. Also it's right in the centre of town making it perfect for holiday goers to get to. It was 30 seconds away from my hotel
Always on time exceot for the odd occasion. Can be dirty but inside is clean and tidy. Toilets are available and staff are able to tell u times of buses . also a tv showing what times buses will be leaving at
Unhelpful staff and apart from a couple of drivers , staff are ignorant. Plus buses are dirty
Current timetables needed, throughout.
