Very slow through customs, maybe whilst all this extra paperwork is requied a few more staff would help. Once again ripped off for 3 quid for a 30 second pickup. Otherwise all good.
Fantastic. Helpful staff in the face of all the difficulties we are all facing. Clean and safe. One of the best airports I have encountered as far as polite friendly and helpful staff are concerned.
So many holiday destinations to go to very autistic friendly and some really nice restaurants
Always happy to come here ready to depart for sunnier skies and explore the world. Lots to do while waiting to leave which includes a compulsory drink at whatever time of day.
It was an amazing experience... As being from London I've got used to the crowd and queues typical from London airports BUT Newcastle airport was empty! It was the first time I travelled from here and everyone was very kind and helpful.
Empty with measures in place to ensure health and safety during C19. Only Boots and WH Smith's open in departures.
Had to walk across the tarmac in the pouring rain as per usual. Trek to arrivals & immigration with no escalator....again. Why do other airports seem to treat passengers better? Manchester, Heathrow etc you can walk on & off plane, surely Newcastle airport can offer same service
