Used Newbury Self Store when moving house. The staff are all lovely, the units are clean and secure. I had no worries about leaving all my furniture etc with them while I was away and sorting out the new property. Prices are really reasonable and the whole process was made really easy. Trolleys and steps etc. available to help with moving in and moving out. We started out with one size unit and then realised we needed.a bit more space and were able to add on a second much smaller unit. The team were all really helpful - we got to look around and see the sizes of the units before we committed to using any of them. 100% recommend.
A very clean, modern, easy to use storage facility. Plenty of space and parking near the warehouse where the units are found, and every time I've visited, everything has worked flawlessly. The security seems strong, and the freely provided trolleys / flatbeds to help move items are a very nice touch. The cost of units has also been very good value - and through the many years I've used the service, the cost only increased once, and only by a very minor amount to raise to cover inflation. The staff are all wonderfully helpful and friendly, and even when finishing / closing an account, there was no pressure or post-sales, just a very welcoming and happy service to be received. For the few years I've needed to keep my items somewhere safe, I've been extremely impressed by the service with Newbury Self Store, and would strongly recommend considering them for anyone who needs that little bit of extra room in the Newbury or surrounding areas.
Used Newbury Self Store when leaving rental accommodation to live with parents until we found our new home. It took a couple of years but we were thankful for a tidy, clean and secure place for our beloved items to live until such time we moved. To the staff who are so friendly and accommodating, Thank you! Staying later on a couple of occasions so that we could add and then remove some more important items. We appreciated your help and advice throughout the time we had our storage spot. We miss A68! We will recommend to anyone looking for storage space as your pricing is really good plus your advice on the sizing of space was great too! Thanks again!
Great facilities and staff! Really nice change to have storage facilities with friendly and helpful staff available, and the lockers are well maintained and monitored so your stuff feels really safe and secure. All the staff have been really helpful start to finish, from needing storage at short notice, to closing my locker when I no longer needed it. The procedures are clear and easy to set up and close, and I had a great experience. Would absolutely recommend. Thank you Robin, Adrian, Laura and Anita!
