Rebuilt front wall and rail down to front door and tidied front garden car crashed into gardendid a really good job. Following a leak from a pipe in an upstairs room, water leaked through the ceiling in my dining room, causing extensive damage to the ceiling, walls and carpet. The work to repair and re-instate my dining room was extensive, particularly as the property was built in 1890 and has many traditional features. I am extremely satisfied with the finished result. The quality of the workmanship of the ceiling plastering, coving, decorative trims and ceiling rose is of a very high standard. Furthermore, the wallpapering and painting is of a particularly exceptional level of quality and finish. I cannot fault it. My husband and I are thrilled with the result, and wish to thank Neways for helping us through this very stressful event in such a professional and supportive manner. All the staff that we have had contact with at Neways have always been helpful, efficient and at all times considerate.Service: Paint indoors
Last year, our insurance company sent Neways to assess and put right the damage caused to our house following a major fire at our next door neighbours house. The works required were both extensive and varied and we found all the operatives to be very professional and hard working. Great attention was given to cleanliness both before each job commenced and at the end of each day. The work carried out was to a high standard and we were kept informed of appointments by telephone. As all of us go out to work, there was also a willingness to adjust the scheduled works to fit in with our commitments. Our personal experience of this company was that they were always approachable and accommodating to our needs and would fully recommend them to anybody.
Perfection. Very nice and friendly, well capable workers who provide a top-class service. Not a single complaint of any kind from us. We could not have asked for more or better than we received. The work done is lovely now complete, and we're delighted.
We recently had a leak in our kitchen and had to claim on our insurance. Neways came to our house and the workers that came to strip the whole downstairs were nothing but brilliant. They stripped our whole downstairs in 2 days, ready for drying. They looked after our fireplace and cleaned up after themselves. We had only just got everything decorated after moving in a year ago so you can imagine how it felt having to have it all taken out. One of the workers talked me through it all over the 2 days and made me feel okay about the process. Great team! Great Service.
