Had an issue with a new TV and was sorted out immediately. Staff and owners are a pleasure to deal with in this locally owned shop. Great selection of products for sale and at a great price. Would much rather give my money to a local business than chain stores. Can’t recommend this shop enough.
Very efficient and friendly staff. Their delivery service excellent as was their delivery workforce. Price of their products very competitive. Would recommend this business. Yet again Newage Electrical have given a first class service together with their sales department and the installation of their electrical products. The young man that installed my cooker etc in my home was very friendly and so efficient. Thanks for a job well done
I wouldn't Shop near these again as if you are looking to get a product from them they won't replace it if it's faulty as was the case with me after spending over £3.000 I bought a TV for £750 which was not working I went in to have it fixed after being offered a replacement if my TV was faulty so went in they didn't want to know terribly rude and basically told me I wasn't getting a replacement standard practice in a proper store like Curry's etc. I tell ya if ya want electronic goods steer clear as you'll regret dealing with them if your product ends up being faulty as mine was. BE WARNED NO REFUNDS AT ALL
I always try to buy local where possible as I know how important it is for local traders. So I was served by a lovely friendly, cheerful woman who helped me pick a washing machine. She had to leave so I paid a man at the counter. The man informed me that in fact my item only had a 1 year guarantee and not 2 as advertised. When I questioned it, he immediately and without explanation or apology said "want a refund?". He was so rude I was taken aback, so thinking we had crossed wires, I pointed out the sign that said '2 year guarantee' to which he again said "that's wrong, want a refund?" as he removed the piece of paper from the display and ripped it up in front of me and my friend!! Luckily I had a witness or I'd have thought I imagined it. Been a customer for years and purchased several items but I won't ever be back. Went straight to Hennings Electrical which I never knew existed but found on a Google search where I received exceptional customer service by a friendly young guy and received a discount on the same machine!
Great place. Loads off chpice and very friendly staff. Definitely be hard to beat on price and service.
Already purchased an induction cooker at £699 and went back to buy an american fridge freezer but was met with ignorance over my son not wearing a mask. I said he was excempt which means he cannot wear one. But still he said i'll get you one to wear.. i'll spend my £1700 elsewhere and wont be back. Manners course needed on how to treat customer's.

Called in to this Euronics outlet to check out the latest TV's, was helped and advised by a friendly and knowledgeable staff member. A very good range of domestic appliances on display in the showroom and if you are looking for electrical household products the Newage store is well worth visiting.
