The lady was nice but the wait was horrible. They kept accepting new customers even though 5 people were still waiting to even be seated. 3 people got their nails started before my friend and we were there first.  I do like my nails, however they don't look like the picture I showed. I didn't want to ask her to redo, because my anxiety was starting to get really bad from how many people where in there. I do like the nails, so it will do for now. She did the best she could. Will go again but only if not so busy.

I went here to get acrylics for the first time and i am definitely going to go again. I asked for a french tip and they turned out perfect, didn’t take long and fair prices. The staff were very nice and welcoming even giving me a bottle of water while i waited. The only reason it is not a 5 star is because i had to wait 2 hours because they were very busy so if you come here i would recommend calling first and telling them what time your coming in or just being prepared to wait a while, but the chairs were very comfy and the nails were worth it.

I’m so disappointed… I’ve been getting my nails done here ever since I had my first set of acrylics and they have always been perfect. Yesterday I went in and realised they had new staff. One of the new staff members did my nails yesterday and it was the most awful manicure ever. She cut every single one of my nails open, they all were bleeding, she didn’t bother to stop them from bleeding and went ahead with applying the acrylics, she pushed back my cuticles way to far. I was sat there in pain for an hour or so and wanted to scream it hurt so much… I asked for the most basic design and nails but clearly she wasn’t very good. My nails have had an allergic reaction and are now red and swollen and very sore. It has put me off ever wanting to go in there again.

Nails were decent enough but experience was terrible, took 2 hours before they even gave me colours to look at. Made my fingers bleed and used glue to stop it instead of just wiping it. Told me £25 for cost and then charged me £30, when I asked about it, I was yelled at. They gave me a card to get stamped which I appreciated but after saying I don't live here, which I don't the male staff yelled at me, asking what my problem is repeatedly. Overall was looking for a relaxing experience and got treated so poorly.Service:&nbsp;Acrylic nails

I have been coming here since last year. Always been happy with the service ive recieved, Kim, Tom and Jess are all brilliant. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, chatty and lovely. Love them all and love my new orange nails. Thank you

Nails are nice but they have price list of £25 for a full set of nails and charging £35. Said its because its a more expensive colour. False advertising needs addressing via trading standards.ServicesAcrylic nails

Got recommended this place by a friend and I'm soo glad I went there. My nails look amazing and so friendly. It's lovely to have a chat with someone who is easy to talk to. Been having my nails done for years by many different salons but this by far is my favorite. Would highly recommend this place. I love my nails definitely my new nail salon.
