Wife surprised me for my 60th birthday in January. All the family were waiting for us and we had an amazing night. The staff was friendly and attentive. My first drink I asked for at the bar was a whisky and ginger, the barmen told me they had no ginger ale but the manager said give me 2 minutes and we will. He sent someone out to a local store and got bottles in. He then poured me a very large whisky and ginger and said it was on the house for the inconvenience. Nice touch. The starters were served and then we ate from the buffet, the food was very nice, hot, well cooked and tasty. We knew that there was a disco later but at no time did we feel rushed. The DJ was excellent and we had some requests played and danced the night away. Thoroughly enjoyed my evening and big thank you to the staff.

So myself and 3 of my friends went here last night, we booked for 5 and had to pay a £10 deposit each but as the traffic was horrendous, they couldn't make it, we were greeted by the rudest barman I've ever met zero customer services skills, so we asked the manager if we could move our deposit to another night and he said no, you would be charged for the whole meal, so we decided to stay, he then said we would lose £10 because 1 of our party couldn't make it, I challenged this and he offered us free Irish coffee instead which we didn't want as driving, so we sat down, the restaurant was empty due to the traffic but they sat us behind a large group of lady's who were on a work party and they were extremely loud, no disrespect to them, but I didn't understand why he seated everyone together when they had such an empty restaurant, we had to shout to talk, tbf after that the manager was very polite and couldn't be more helpful, I must say the buffet was top draw, the food was very good and for the value not too bad, it was just disappointing that it started off bad, and I think some of the policies need looking into. Overall it was good though.

Excellent service that made me feel right at home, for £17.95 per person with all you can eat is very affordable. A big shout out to the Manager that went above & beyond unlike any other restaurant I’ve been to. Nothing was too much for the staff at this restaurant, would most definitely highly recommend it.  Vegetarian options: A list of sauces with no meat in, just vegetables  Kid-friendliness: Families to couples that dine here which make it a safe place to dine in. Which make’s it kid friendly.  Parking: A very suitable location to park which is opposite the restaurant on the other side of the road. Which is ideal if you don’t want to walk far.

My brothers 80th birthday bash was held here on Saturday evening.  I had never been here before, I live in Dorset but had travelled up for the occasion.  It was a fantastic evening, the food was amazing and plentiful, the DJ played some really good music that the whole family could enjoy.  Only problem, my feet were sore from dancing all night! A truly enjoyable experience. Loved it and wish I lived closer to do it all again. Superb venue for a family party.

Great gem of place   Definitely be coming back for more. Staff very friendly great atmosphere. We came for Sunday buffet plenty of choice. Even got a starter and popadoms as well. I wasn’t expecting that. Food quality top notch

Fabulous food, great atmosphere, fantastic service.  Nothing too much trouble. Mixed starter included in buffet menu. Staff very attentive but not bothersome. Accommodated 19 of us at the last minute because we got let down by another restaurant cancelling our booking.  Thank you all for a wonderful evening. Poor service and rude staff , food not hot and poor selection,. Only good part was bar staff upstairs were friendly and polite, DJ started off good with party songs but then change the music and people just stopped dancing. Overall very poor , have been before and had a great time such a shame.Food: 2/5

We hosted a charity night on 3rd March and the tandoori parlour were absolutely brilliant. Really well organised all the staff are mega friendly and helpful, they couldn’t have done more. And the DJ Vinny was brill, helped to promote our raffle and helped to get the other customers involved - and had everyone dancing into the eve! Couldn’t recommend enough! We raised £2000 in one evening. Thank you!!

Best curry house I've been to in Essex.  Reccomend going on a Friday, hitting the buffet and taking advantage of the drinks deals.  Over 50 Indian & Nepalese dishes on offer and it is all delisious.  Also helps that all the staff are incredibly lovely will make you feel right at home!

Went along last Sunday to try the buffet menu. From the moment we entered the establishment to the moment we left I could not fault the greeting the service and the food. Great family run business and will be returning.Food: 5/5
