Shocking how this medical practice is still open!! Been ringing for 30 minutes so decided to go there while ringing .. i grtnthere and both receptionists are chatting and giggling away no answering phone- i tell them i have been ringing for iver 40 mins now and no one is answering- their response is “cant i see they busy” omg!! They were not busy at all while the phone was ringing away drinking coffe.I know because I came in person and saw it  .. if i argued with them .. then i become the violent one!!

This is probably the worst service I've ever dealt with. This place is the epitome of this failing system and its lack of functionality. You call at 8:01 and the automated system already says there are no slots available. If you manage to get through because the receptionist happens to pick up the phone between bites of a cookie and sips of tea, she'll still tell you there are no slots. I was 6th in line. And there are no slots? There must be at least 3 doctors working there, right? 30 minutes per appointment? 1 hour of work for the doctor today? This is an absolute joke.

Been a patient here for 40 years and i have never known it so bad!! There is no service, constantly in queues on the phones, never any appointments!! Very unhelpful staff, none of them want to help. Currently sat on the phone as number 1 in the queue for 14 mins. Blatantly not bothering to answer the phone. DO NOT RECOMMEND

It’s extremely difficult to get an appointment, I have put off GP Appointments since covid due to having a hearing impairment and telephone appointments not being suitable. My partner is able to go with me now to face to face consultations but it is very difficult to get one as you can only call at 8am everyday rather than book an appointment. I believe more could be done to help people with a disability or long term health condition.

The worst surgery in the midland’s lost my drivers licence to the inadequate locom doctor the staff want sacking and start from scratch never register here been here 50 years and it’s a total joke and I love to hear off someone who passes 1star joke

Worst worst worst service ever. Good luck ever getting to talk to the doctor. I have been calling at exactly 8 for the past 1 month and it’s either it’s a prescription nurse, no doctor available, no appointments available or the line is full. Exactly 8am and you cannot accept my call? You guys should consider closing down if you can’t attend to patients.

If you want an appointment you have to call up every morning to see if there are any available. I can tell when someone is lying to me & the one receptionist was better at lying to my face than the other. You can't walk in an book an appointment either, so if you haven't got a mobile or your mobile has been cut off due to struggling that month - you're not able to book an appointment until you have a working mobile phone, crazy.  This has been my local doctors for 20+ years now it's time to change

The receptionists do not answer your call you can literally hear them put the phone down regardless of how urgent your call may be. I have recorded them doing so multiple times and will be going forward with making sure my complaint is heard. I suggest you go elsewhere as this surgery is god awful and the staff lack empathy. Good luck with them answering the phone.

Very hard get appointments.  Need call so many times and in the end says no appointments available.  Receptionist rude and not helpful at all. I needed get appointment to ultrasound,  but in the end send me the number of midwife. I even don't know are pregnancy is in right place and everything. Just want to get rid of you as soon as possible. In the end I needed book private ultrasound,  thanks God atleast there are some good people. Don't recommend  go to this Gp.
