If I could give a 0 star rating I would.nnI went in with my mum to post a bunch of parcels, and the lady in the orange T-shirt the manager for that shift on Monday 16th September - couldn’t be more un-helpful as she was.nnWhen asking her to deal with the parcels, she wouldn’t listen to my mum who obviously was asking for the service to be done in a precise way. And told us “we can’t do that there might be a que.” Bear in mind we were the only two in the shop.nnShe told my mum to shut up. And told me to shut my face and leave.nAnd a bunch of other nasty comments to me and my mum. I had to tell her to mind her business and do a job properly.nnShe then proceeded to leave her place of work exit the building with a suitcase and bad mouthed us on the street.nnThats when I figured out she was not bothered on helping she was too busy on dealing with herself instead of customers.nnAVOID THIS POST OFFICE AT ALL TIMES.
I rate this ZERO star ….nI refuse to step foot anywhere near this place . There is a RUDE middle aged man assistant who put the wrong label on an items I was returning made out it was my fault that his machine didn’t give him a receipt then proceeded to tell me receipt was on another slip told him was sending returns to 2 different places asked for packages back and do it again. This guy needs some lessons on customer service as he is one of the rudest ignorant individual I have ever came across. Guess what yes I had a problem with this return and was told to take it up with Royal Mail n fill in an online form which I did and went down complaint procedure for this bad mannered rude individual.nSalina’s U should think about who u employ coz u made a big mistake letting this individual work for u . Won’t ever be back in ur store ……
Closing time says 6pm, went in to collect parcel, drove all the way down to arrive at 5.30pm and been told Its closed and I can come back next day in the morning as they will not give me my parcel not to mention the cheek they've got!
Guy that works in the shop bit is so rude. If he doesn't want abuse back don't give it out to paying customers! Post office services was excellent
Very rude older man in this shop nowadays, will not set foot again!
