Never had a problem with the food until tonight. I appreciate they are busy with the football but when the wrong food comes you get a tad annoyed. The other half ordered a mix veg curry, which I heard confirmed on the phone and a special curry turned up. When we called to say the wrong curry had turned up we were told well thats what you ordered. Not sure why a veggie would order a curry containing meat? but yeah OK. There was no apology, just a "this is what you order" ... Just check your orders is all i will say.
Have always used China chef but since the last hygiene rating and management change to ried here. Ok. The curry sauce is a little like gravy but if you ask for it extra hot.... wow!!!! I always try different items and found no fault whatsoever. Best curry my husband has had he said and he is SO FUSSY. Will stay with them a while me thinks if anything changes will repost
Tried here after learning about the Canaan been prosecuted for filth! Was told it had changed hands and it was good........ Never again!!! Throwing up most of the night. I should have gone with my instinct when i walked in and walked straight back out. Eat here at your peril...... filthy hole!
Simply the best food I’ve ever tasted!!! Many years I’ve tasted different places but lucky star is truly 10/10 every time I’ve ordered .
