I had a great experience with New Road Garage from start to finish. I’ve had some bad experiences with garages in the past but I’d heard good things about New Road Garage. I can absolutely vouch for their great reputation. When I first went to take a look at the cars, Saskia recommended a Ford Kuga which wasn’t on the forecourt as it had only just arrived. After test driving a few different models, I went for said Kuga - great recommendation, absolutely perfect for my needs/budget. We arranged a part-exchange but an unexpected turn of events on my part prolonged and complicated things; Saskia was really understanding, patient, and helpful. I’m a single mum and I work full-time, the kindness she showed me during this time meant I was able to take the time I needed to sort things out but get back on the road as soon as possible. I’m delighted with the car and can’t speak highly enough for Saskia and the garage.
This garage did an amazing job for me today and I cannot thank them enough. My exhaust almost fell off on my way to work as a General Practice nurse and, they not only fixed it and drove my car down to the surgery, but there was no charge. What a lovely bunch of people at New Road garage. !
