Superb chippy, always has been since I was little 40 now .  Staff friendly and always have a chat.  Freshly cooked during the day and massive portions at a good price ... whats not to love

Best fish and chips in the area by far.... Food always cooked fresh to order. Clean bright shop, polite friendly staff that always welcome me with a smile. Generous portions of chips. Best of all they welcome telephone orders. Finally all staff wearing masks or face shields with proper covid measures in place.

Best fish and chip shop around.  Lovely chips and really good size cod.  Always nice and fresh and the staff are sweet people always friendly and always ask if you are well. If you want some fish and chips definitely try this place.

As always a very friendly welcome from the owner, lovely fresh fish, cooked perfectly and with equally fresh, hot and tasty chips. The only "plaice" in the area we now buy from.

I  went in and ordered one large portion of chips and one medium portion, when she started shovelling it on the paper i said  thats a large portion  meaning it was a lot and i wouldn't need the medium portion as well.  when the manager jumped in and told the girl to put some more on. 'I do it this time and don't come back and take the piss.'   that was rude next time listen to your customer and  don't  make assumptions i didn't  need more chips. they were nice by the way.
