Newton station has been repaired after the vandalism and fire. Destroyed the roof . Now got new toilet and booking office  On Buxton to manchrster line 
 Help full staff. Has electronic board  giving train times . Easy accsess good parking. Some problems with accsess in far side for wheelchairs little difficult as path steep . Trains accessible for wheel chairs .

When are they going to repair the booking office at New Mills Newtown. It is 2 years ago when the station was victim of arson and Northern Rail had done nothing whatsoever. I am disappointed.🚊

Small provincial station, clean (mostly) ticket office rarely open. Decent size car park
