A bit confusing at the entrance, it looks more like a car park than a restaurant. There was a wait for the table, but we were told how long and this was pretty accurate plus they had plenty of seats to wait and a bar if you want a drink. Service was generally good, although it took a couple of asks to get the bill. The location is brilliant and we were lucky enough to get a table by the window with views out to sea. The food was top notch.
Food was amazing, freshly cooked. There can be a bit of await for food and a table due to its popularity but worth the wait, would definitely visit again.
We went to this place for light lunch, but they refused to serve us just appetizers. We said we are not ready for main course. They were like you have to order main course as they don’t have enough people. I mean does this even make sense ??? If we don’t want to eat much, why are you forcing ??!! I am from canada and have worked in several restaurants. This was the funniest thing i have ever heard We ordered two pineapple juice with lemonade and they gave us apple juice. Then they gave us our drinks and I don’t why they looked different‍. I think they forgot to put lemonade in one of our drinks. We had terrible experience with this restaurant. I think google should have option of 0 stars for these people.
Amazing food, so flavoursome! Service was excellent considering they were short staffed, amazing prices - incredible value for the quality of food. The restaurant also has lovely sea views, would 100% come back here if I’m ever in Newquay again!

Excellent food, excellent staff, fantastic views and the prices were more than fair. I would consider driving from Plymouth just to come back here. They don't take tips on their card payment system, so make sure to bring a little cash with you. The shop opposite does cash back.
