We had our entire house fitted with doors and windows from this company and after fitting them they provided no after fitting service and refused to help us with any problems we’ve had, which there have been many please avoid!
Shocking customer service. When contacted them to enquire where the engineer was had waited in all day, not only did they tell me an outright lie claimed to have left a voice mail - untrue but also inferred I was lying when I told them I had sent them a confirmation email had to forward it again to prove my point. Then finished by saying sales manager would ring me back, erm still waiting. If my experience is anything to go by I suggest you take your business elsewhere!!
We went to get a quote, was greeted very unprofessional, and was told the person is on holiday this week. So you only have one person who gives quotes.
Quoted for window last night. Ordered and paid for today. Hoping to receive it within 10 days. Very helpful staff.
Avoid, dodgy windows, dodgy doors. If you want to constantly wake your neighbours up because you have to slam your door to close it, go here...
