I give the shop 5 stars but the head office of this company is total rubbish especially the owner of this establishment. Totally useless at answering the simplest of questions with a straight answer. The main problem I find with New Look is the delivery drivers. Obviously they have got to deliver to this particular shop but do they have to unload at stupid o'clock times banging and crashing around as late as 1am when residents are trying to sleep and why the hell do they not unload properly at the back of this shop where they should be unloading. The delivery drivers have a habit of parking up the rear end of cars at the front of the stores and have no curtesy for the local residents. Above all the shop is nice but for head office, the owner of thr New Look company and the delivery drivers totally sucks!! I guess I put this down to the delivery drivers not having much interaction with the general public and for the owner of this franchise I guess she never visits her shops and interacts either with customers. I feel sorry for the staff who work for New Look having such an owner who  isn't educated. No wonder the New Look stores are declining and this store in particular is on that list of closures. Shame for the staff of this particular establishment but at least the local residents can sleep at 1am without fear of being woken up by sarky delivery drivers.

An ordinary new look store. More work could be put into cleaning the store the floor, the shelves ect but more or less average. As it is a smaller store choice is more limited, but they seem to stock only 'hit' products. So you're more than likely to find something you want to purchase.

Great little shop all the girls are very friendly and happy to help you .
