Sizes are inconsistant and despite the sheer mass of jeans on offer, they are only stocked in short and regular not long. Poor selection of boots and trainers. Only one pair of trainers on show on a random shelf and not in my size. There seems to be a mass off smaller and larger sized items but not so many size 10. Disappointing.
Found the coat I was after in store after looking on the New Look website & to my surprise it came with a discount . Good amount of stock on the shop floor. Store is clean & tidy. Rihanna was polite, friendly & provided excellent customer service. Thank you

Disgusting customer service shown to my family member by the store manager who then denied being the store manager. Definitely taking this up with the head office, this woman shouldn't be in retail let alone be training others on how to do their job. It's funny how names are given out when they want a compliment but not a complaint.
Honestly from a professional point.. great staff! Amazing team and such great service overall.nnFrom a personal point of view.. I love seeing different styles on the mannequins and love seeing the staff busy doing things to make the store stand out!
