First time in there and the manager came over and asked to look in my bags of shopping accusing me of shop lifting apologies after embarrassing me never going in there again stick to River Island better clothes and nice and helpful staff
Nice and well spending atleast £100.00 a month in New Look contributing to staff wages etc. For the manager to then turn round and tell me the top im trying to exchange is stained and cannot be exchanged. The top has been on its hanger, with the tag & receipt enclosed, in my closed wardrobe for 20 days. Has not been touched or worn, or involved in any spillages etc. i have been unable to wear the top in question because its slightly revealing and i cant deal with that due to anxiety I left it in my cupboard and when i had the time it was my plan to go in and change it for something i would actually wear outside Jeans to be exact. The “manager” told me at the till that the top was stained and she cant accept it. When i tried to explain nicely that the marks have not came from me 1110%, and maybe someone who tried it on previously to me had marked it - And when i bought it no one noticed these marks? she was having none of it - Why couldnt she listen to me? girl to girl and help me? Has she had a bad day and with only 10 minutes to close she wanted me out the shop???? I do not know. I have never had problems with this company until today - i was embarrassed and appalled... Other people was looking at me thinking “Shes brought a worn top back” When i didnt Its brand new never worn!! Btw the Emilee Jeans are a perfect fit but after 5/6 wears the knees go white cause they fade.. Good luck in returning customers New Look... with an attitude like that customers should be running from you
My Favorite clothing shop. Atleast 90% of my wardrobe is from new look. Its extreamly affordable and the clothing is a great quality. Its versatile and you can find products to suit any shape, size and style. The staff are always friendly and attentive. They also do Gourgeous homewhere and beauty products.
Love this shop. Lots of choices for all ages and sizes. Even better if you get what you're after in their sales!
Two young girls who work in here helped me pick out some shoes for a night out. They were really lovely and pleasant and i got the right shoes for the event I was going to. 5* customer service

Staff lovely and even though im not a teenager its great made to.feel young with fab fashion to suit any age
Very friendly staff, don't know why they don't sell men's wear! Men can however order online and have delivered to the shop for pick up.
