Helpful and friendly staff even when we have ordered with food allergies and been accommodating. Very tasty food and better then your average Chinese food.Food: 5/5
Fresh ingredients, generous portions and priced fairly for what you get. Would recommend.
We weren’t sure at first since the review rating wasn’t very high compared to other Chinese takeaways in the area but the food was absolutely delicious!! Was ready on time, piping hot and tasted really fresh. Their salt and pepper chicken was particularly good and I always get Singapore noodles as a standard order and these were up there with some of the best I’d had. Also excellent chips and curry sauce, this place deserves a much higher rating and we would eat here again in a heartbeat. Service was also lovely!
Had meals at Jade Garden for a long time and can't fault the service or the food Happy people xx
Not happy. After ringing to order some food not aware of the menu I was rudely spoken to by the young woman on the phone with a great attitude. I wasn't happy with the way she described the menu as "yes and no" very blunt, blank and unprofessional. Surely someone of their business would want trade and good customers, not writing bad reviews. Employ happy people.
We moved here 3 years ago “ and this is the first time we have ordered from The Jade Garden “ and I say the meal was wonderful nice and hot “ roll on next time thank you .
When we got home with food it was not nice and tasted odd. Rang to say we were disappointed and the woman on the phone e was very rude and slammed phone down on us. We've always had takeaways from here and it's always been excellent. They have also started to charge £9.50 for delivery when it has always been £4. Don't understand! Shame.
Love their food and super customer services, 5* from me!
Very nice food but don't accept debt cards only cash
