Last week, I visited New Image for the first time after several recommendations, due to the fact I had paid a lot of money to have tapes fitted in February by another salon & in less than 4 weeks, they were all matted & bushy with excessive breakage- appearing synthetic. I was really upset with my hair and wanted reassurance &/advice, but the salon that fitted them wouldn't communicate with me, so I decided to finally come here & I am SO glad I did. When Sam found out about my experience, she offered me a consultation straight away. I have never been treated so well in a salon & have had bad experiences like you wouldn't believe the past few years- but coming here was AMAZING. As soon as I got there for my consultation, Sam & Steve came straight over to help & advise me in anyway they could, providing me with cost-efficient options moving forward. They were so friendly & welcoming throughout and I couldn't have felt more comfortable which is very rare for me going somewhere new. I asked Steve to book me in as soon as he could to have my hair fixed & new extensions fitted- he booked me in for the week after. I was relieved. When I went in yesterday, they were happy to see me, sat me straight down & Sam got to work. She didn't stop until everything including colour correction was PERFECT & exactly how I wanted it. When the colour on my natural hair was finished and I was happy, they mixed the hair extensions to perfectly match my colour whilst I watched and then made the nano beads themselves. At first, I always thought hair extensions in general were expensive, but going to New Image & seeing what they do, Sam spending ALL day on my hair being a HUGE perfectionist, which I loved!!, Steve going to get my dinner for me saving me the embarrassment of walking over the main road with foils in, seeing them both MAKE the extensions to my exact colour and how much work was put in by both of them in general to make sure it was perfect & I was happy, the price is cheap. They both made sure they went through every aspect of aftercare with me before I left the salon & reiterated that if I have any problems, to not hesitate to get in contact & they will be more than willing to fix it. I have never been so happy with my hair and I really can't thank Sam enough for everything she did for me yesterday, she really is an AMAZING person & hairdresser. I have found my forever hairdressers, thank you SO much. I will never be able to express how grateful I am & how much I would recommend this salon.
I am very happy with my extensions I had short hair and was concerned going long wouldn’t look good. I didn’t need to worry Sam made a fantastic job my hair looks great. I would highly recommend New Image the service, product , people and place are brilliant
I’ve just spent the most enjoyable afternoon at New Image, having new Russian hair extensions expertly fitted by Sam. Everything was perfect as usual, from Steven’s advice, Sam’s colour-matching, trim, and styling, to the great atmosphere and chat in the salon. So pleased with hair and am ready for the weekend. Can’t recommend this place highly enough
Having travelled back and forth to glasgow for my hair i was looking online for a while to find a local salon with good extension work, after coming across new imagine and calling and speaking to steve in a consultation for extensions and colour correction i was really pleased with the suggestions and booked in, i have just left the salon and I am amazed at the transformation of my hair it is amazing!! The colour correction work is fantastic, alot better than I had hoped for! massive compliments to Sam who did the colour and fitted my hair extensions they are the best I have ever had! She made the fitting fun was lovely to talk to and very professional and knowledged, I look forward to returning as i will now never go anywhere else!! the girls and Steve are a great bunch and i would highly recommend these guy's to anybody, the after care advice and service here is second to none, Thank you all xxx
First time here with New image, all the staff were excellent. Re arranged the appointments immediately to fit me in. Gemma was a sweeheart! Absolutely loved having her do my hair and I would definitely come to her or any of the staff here again xx

My first time having hair extensions, something I have wanted for years but never had the guts to do it. After much research I came across New Image and after reviewing their website and the great reviews, I thought I would make some enquiries. What a friendly place and wonderful people. After my consultation I bit the bullet and went ahead with my appointment. I could not be happier. Sam is a fantastic girl, made me feel so at ease and she certainly knows her stuff. The colour match is perfect and she ensured that my hair remained natural looking whilst giving me the exact look I wanted. Steve is so knowledgeable and guided me through exactly how to care for my new hair. I am thrilled with the results and could not recommend this salon enough. Thank you so much!! One very happy customer who will definitely be returning.
I've had the best experience here! I've never had hair extensions in before so was a bit nervous but I'm so happy with the result! Sam who did my hair was friendly and informative all the way. Will definitely recommend and will be back.
Just had my extension put in by Sam and I absolutely love them!! She was super quick and attentive to my needs as well as giving me the perfect result. I’ve had weaves/ tapes put in by other hairdressers who've never taken time out to talk me through maintenance - new image have talked me from are 1 to 10. Very happy with the results, you won’t regret coming here!
