First time at New Image having micro ring extensions for my wedding. The process from start to finish was seamless and reassuring. My consultation with Steve was initially done over the phone and the process was easy and helpful. My hair is balyage with lots of tones and they matched it perfectly. They hand-make each extension while you are there to get an exact match. It is a lovely atmosphere in the salon. Sam,who fitted my hair, is clearly an experienced professional who fitted and styled my hair to look so natural, she knew exactly what I wanted and achieved the look perfectly. I was confident that they would do a good job, based on other reviews, but the results were unbelievable. The colour is a perfect match, the hair feels so light and natural. I have had all types of hair extensions but these are by far my favourite. Absolutely perfect. 10/10.

Last week, I visited New Image for the first time after several recommendations, due to the fact I had paid a lot of money to have tapes fitted in February by another salon & in less than 4 weeks, they were all matted & bushy with excessive breakage- appearing synthetic. I was really upset with my hair and wanted reassurance &/advice, but the salon that fitted them wouldn't communicate with me, so I decided to finally come here & I am SO glad I did. When Sam found out about my experience, she offered me a consultation straight away. I have never been treated so well in a salon & have had bad experiences like you wouldn't believe the past few years- but coming here was AMAZING. As soon as I got there for my consultation, Sam & Steve came straight over to help & advise me in anyway they could, providing me with cost-efficient options moving forward. They were so friendly & welcoming throughout and I couldn't have felt more comfortable which is very rare for me going somewhere new. I asked Steve to book me in as soon as he could to have my hair fixed & new extensions fitted- he booked me in for the week after. I was relieved. When I went in yesterday, they were happy to see me, sat me straight down & Sam got to work. She didn't stop until everything including colour correction was PERFECT & exactly how I wanted it. When the colour on my natural hair was finished and I was happy, they mixed the hair extensions to perfectly match my colour whilst I watched and then made the nano beads themselves. At first, I always thought hair extensions in general were expensive, but going to New Image & seeing what they do, Sam spending ALL day on my hair being a HUGE perfectionist, which I loved!!, Steve going to get my dinner for me saving me the embarrassment of walking over the main road with foils in, seeing them both MAKE the extensions to my exact colour and how much work was put in by both of them in general to make sure it was perfect & I was happy, the price is cheap. They both  made sure they went through every aspect of aftercare with me before I left the salon & reiterated that if I have any problems, to not hesitate to get in contact & they will be more than willing to fix it. I have never been so happy with my hair and I really can't thank Sam enough for everything she did for me yesterday, she really is an AMAZING person & hairdresser. I have found my forever hairdressers, thank you SO much. I will never be able to express how grateful I am & how much I would recommend this salon.

Brilliant! I’m writing this review after two visits 3 months apart for my hair extensions and honestly I can’t fault this salon. Extremely professional service with amazing results. Prices are so reasonable and quality is amazing. Sam is an amazing stylist and a pleasure to talk to. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my extensions now! Thank you x

After deciding to have a complete revamp and change my colour and old extensions, I couldn’t be happier with the results. Rhian coloured my hair exactly how I wanted it, and Sam was a superstar for matching and fitting my extensions perfectly. The after care advice from Steve was thorough and really helpful. I would highly recommend this salon for anyone that wants high quality service and results!

These guys are extremely professional and amazing at their work. They have literally changed my life with my beautiful hair extensions. I'll never be without now! Rhian, Steve and the team are so reassuring and genuinely lovely. Ther is no question they will not answer and they go beyond to make sure you are confident in managing your new hair.
