Very good shop, with excellent service, run by knowledgeable staff who are into bikes. Bought Saracen mountain bike last Christmas for 10 year old son and he loves it.

My daughter bought a bike from this shop 3 weeks ago, she spent all her birthday money on it. The crank broke within a week. The bike should of had 12 months guarantee. They charged her a further £21 today for a new crank. NOT only was the bike over priced but they didn't honour the guarantee. I would NOt recommend this shop to anyone. Very disappointed & angry.
