One of the best Chinese Take Away restaurants you would visit! Good food, friendly service, courteous staff, very nice and clean shop with a nicely designed waiting area with red leather benches... I'll give it 5+ if I can. By the way, the prices are similar to any other Chinese Take away... So you wouldn't be paying any extra for all the pampering they offer  I wish such a place to be local to me!!!

Had a new garden starter  . I like my food cooked but prawn toast was fried to its death and the ribs well not sure  told it would be a hour and a half delivery when I ordered it at 6.55 pm . Phoned as it was late . And phoned to say it was not good. !!! Not the best response !! I do not complain nor comment on things but I am so disappointed in our £27 meal and I will never use this place again

We called to place an order on the phone we asked how long the wait was between delivery and collection and gave our address when just about to place the order they hung up, so we drove to the shop and waited for a couple of minutes until they served the customer who was paying in front for their order, while waiting the 3 staff behind the counter took an additional 4 telephone orders. When I walked to the counter the woman behind then asked me to move a step to the right to place my order as the couple before were paying by cash, I moved half a step to the right and asked how long if I waited and how long for delivery?  It wasn't a hard question!! I was then told that I was abusing them and they didn't need to answer me due to my abusive nature, I am a manager for a multinational company and would never abuse staff doing their jobs all I wanted was to know how long I had to wait as I could pop round to the supermarket for milk, now I have had the same treatment in this establishment 2 or 3 times and now I have felt the need to complain, food rating is quite good but customer service is appalling. I left without ordering and went to another takeaway

It feels like the best of the local Chinese takeaways in the area. That is reflected in the massive queues. Never had delivery but hear them saying 90mins plus on a busy night. I always collect and the wait time is pretty long. Hugely efficient team working there on front of house and kitchen. Food is always good quality and hot when it arrives. Very rare to have a mistake. A good reputation justly deserved. Only real downside is that it’s cash only. I never carry cash any more and taking card payments isn’t straightforward.

Another tax dodgy Cash only place in Caldicot. Food was ok. Standard Chinese takeaway. I would consider it again.Food: 4/5

Food is great but I have to say the two people on the front desk are so rude. They moan at you if you have no cash even though they have a card reader ? Probably the rudest customer service I have seen in a long time and can't believe I'm alone in experiencing this. Shame because the food is lovely.

Absolutely garbage is all I can say about their service. Kept waiting yet again this time for 50 mins past the time the food was supposed to be ready. Ordered at 6.55 pm and was told it would be ready at the latest in 40 mins. Had to walk out without my order at 8.35 pm. I asked 3 times and was told each time they would check but they didn't check anything they just carried on taking orders and didn't seem at all bothered I had been waiting for this inordinate amount of time. Not even an apology! Ill ensure I repay that favor by leaving a 1 star review every week for the next year and will never go in there again.

I would give this place 1 star, but I can’t just because of how lovely and friendly the staff are. Been here about 4 times in the past couple of months and I’m really not sure why we keep going back; each time the food is, at best, lukewarm or just mildly gross. I think this time we’ve finally given up. I understand this place is very popular though, so, maybe we’re just unlucky.
