Our family – Jim, Gill, Tom and Ed – are now the third and fourth generations of farmers and butchers in the Armstrong family.
We combine the best of the traditional farming values we have inherited from our parents and grandparents with a desire to keep improving what we do and looking to the future.
All the meat and meat based products sold in our shop have been produced by the Butchery and Bakehouse located on our farm from our own livestock and livestock locally sourced.
