First off if you’re looking through reviews for this place it has changed Owners over the years and is much better than years back. It’s nice fresh food a lil bland with some rice dishes but never been disapointed in our meals this is 1 or 3 chinese places we eat from as we’re fussy as have no real issues to speak of.
Well we had a delivery and food missing when arrived phoned up took ages to sort out wouldn't recommend.
Lovely food. Employee taking orders needs to be more polite and engage with customers more .found her quite rude
Where to begin. Went into shop and order me and my partners dinner. Got all the way home which is like 30 min journey to find my order is not even right! Ring and told me them I'm missing a dish they said I thought you said one. Why would I want one dinner when I said what I wanted and my partner said what he wanted. All they could offer me is a free bottle of drink on my purchased. I said to them will you except me to eat mine dinner and my partner not to have his unacceptable. I asked for a full refund and they left me in the phone for 20 mins to make decision at this time I was already on my way back to shop. I asked if everything was in there and they said yes. There place as it customer services and seemed clueless. Me and my partner find another Chinese shop and picked that and we enjoyed it. Very friendly staff and they stayed open so we could collect our order. Will be going to the other place in future.
Ordered pork rice... Decent Beansprouts.... Perfect Bbq sauce... Lovely Chips.. Nice and crunchy Will eat from there again
Prawn on toast is missing the minced prawn layer. Spare ribs are really spare. The satay sauce and sweet and sour sauce are poorly made and seem to be made from instant powder but even then with insufficient powder. The owner of the business seems to be cutting a lot of corners to maximise profits. Don't think this is wise for the long term as we customers are not stupid.
The prawn curry only had 5 prawns, ordered egg fried rice & i got pilau rice. The delivery driver didnt give me enough change, she went so quick back to the car i didnt get chance to tell her. All in all dissapointed. Shame because i had been told how nice the food is. Maybe it would be if i had the right food & enough of the main item
Good value for money although Chow mein needs a bit more flavour
Food is delicious great prices and portion sizes
