My journey from Coventry to slough on 22 September 22 was good though bus was late by 20 minutes. But return journey on25 September 22 Slough to Coventry was awe full. First bus started late by 15 minutes then after 10 minutes drive bus stopped at some sideways and after about 20 minutes of wait all passengers were shifted to smaller bus. Our actual journey from Slough started at 4.15pm one hour late. Bus was to drop passengers at Coventry and then to Birmingham and so on .But to great surprise and anguish, driver decided to drove straight to Birmingham without informing the Coventry passengers.The Coventry passengers were dropped at pool meadow Coventry bus stand at about 8 pm. As such Coventry passengers had to suffer mental agony and pain and without any compensation. Even water was not served during delayed journey.Very unprofessional and indifferent attitude towards pessangers.
Horrible! This is not the first time I am travelling through New Bharat coach but, this morning drive need to learn to talk to people. Firstly, when I arrived at the place, there was no one around. Like always, I sat in the bus and waited for the driver to come and check my online ticket but he stood at the front and started counting the number of passengers. When we reached Slough, he walk passed me and that was when I approched him to check my ticket but instead, he called me a cleaver women for not showing my ticket. It wasn't like there were 100s of people on the bus that he couldn't remember whose ticket he hasn't checked, we were like 4-5 people. Please give him some more training on how to deal and talk to the passengers. Thank you!
Dreadful service. Asked if we could book a ticket from Leicester to Southall Told there was no need to as there would be plenty of room. Person on the phone was rude and unprofessional. Got to Leicester only to find after waiting twenty minutes my mother was unable to board as was a full mini bus. Yes a bloody minibus ! I had to drive back and pick her up.
We booked bus from Southaal to Wolverhampton with New Bharat ,Got mail with two pick up addresses one from Slough and one from Southaal, both without postcodes. Gave them call to confirm start time and place , guy at the phone confirmed pick up from Southaal at 10:15 . Reached there at 1O :00 and gave them call again , Lady on the phone said bus left at 09:45 and said she don’t know who did I speak with as they are 4 person working there seems too manyThey need to learn professionalism and treat their customers respectfully. This was first and last time ever I booked them.
The driver for the 9.15 Southall to Birmingham took £10 from my uncle so he can carry two new radiators on the coach absolutely theft in broad daylight and bad name to our Punjabis
Got mixed up with Bharat and New Bharat coaches, as i don’t usually travel on these coaches. Driver was so rude! Causing a scene in front of the other passengers. Disappointing
First time using the service. It was great value for money. Driver was really helpful too. I did the online booking. The date for outgoing trip was wrong but they were very helpful with changing it for me. I got to Southall and came back to Birmingham safely. Definitely use them again.
Hi, Bharat coches, the nearest way to reach Coventry on time when ever we went or came back. I and my family met DRIVER DHARMENDER 3 times he is always a great person. My kid is always happy with him because she always get choclate and milkshake. Regards!
