I write to thank Debbie the kind lady in the ticket office who helped me today. Her customer service skills are second to none. I had a problem with tickets bought online and discovered I was 57th in the queue to be answered when I phoned the helpline to correct the mistake. Debbie was so efficient, polite, confident and knowledgable that she saved me a great deal of anguish and frustration. This kind of 5 star customer service is very rare these days and Debbie is a credit to her company. People like her make train travel a pleasure.
