Staff really helpful as always with advice on running trainers and welcomed our new puppy on his first shopping experience

Excellent service the staff were so helpful

We went there while on holiday in the lakes and bought trainers for the whole family at great prices, the staff were super friendly. A month later one of the trainer had a split, I rang up the shop and explained I live really far away and can’t go there in person. The store manager Shelley advised me to post the trainers to the shop for a swap. Then she posted a brand new pair to me back with a super kind note. What totally awesome customer service! So impressed! Will definitely visit again in the future.

Daria was very intelligent, capable and friendly. She was very helpful and gave us pertinent advice to find what we need. It made our shopping experience very pleasant, which in this day and age is very rare.

Every time I pop in or call Shelley, Katie or Rob, they are very helpful. On one occasion I was after buying an additional NB windproof running top but my old NB top had no label in it an more. The newer tech was different and I had fallen in love with the old tech. Shelley knew what the old tech was and eventually found what I was looking for. The Keswick store is also my go to place for advice and guidance and purchase of my established road trainers 990 and for any new trainers i'm looking at  I'm trying the Hierro v5's for hybrid trail at the moment. Many thanks to you all for sharing your experience and expertise!

I’ve been sending people here for ages, from our own footwear fitters because we know of the advantages of good footwear. I visited the shop on Tuesday and met Rob, his enthusiasm and knowledge was second to none. Customer service at its finest. Thank you Rob!! I will have zero hesitation in recommending this place for amazing service and great footwear!

we live in buckinghamshire, I needed a special pair of trainers, I rang the Keswick shop and Gabrial answered, I explained what wanted and said I would be up christmas week, no problem, we will keep them for you. on visiting the shop they had kept 2 pairs, I bought 1 pair. thanks When I got home I decided to buy another pair. I rang the shop and Rob answered the phone. nothing was to much trouble even though I said I would have someone call to pick them up . I would recommend this shop and staff for the service they gave me thankyou regards michael grubb happy new year to you all

Good discounts- but very small. The shop in Shap is bigger and has a wider selection.

Staff are fantastic , very friendly professional & extremely knowledgeable . I've been numerous times as there is always a great deal to be had & mix that with a brilliant product its the perfect package ! I highly recommend New Balance & I will continue to use it , happy shopping
