Poor I asked for a saloon car as I had a lot of shopping expecting to pay more as always. The telephonist said I said it was ok for a small car. LIES!!! I know what I said and then was rude when I called her as driver couldn’t take me standing in rain waiting for another company to pick me up with a long wait now I waited 35 mins for a taxi that wouldn’t take me would give 0 stars if could. Avoid avoid avoid

DON'T USE THEM I will never use them again, booked a taxi to go airport well in advance, the taxi never showed when I contacted them I was told 6 - 7 minutes, then 10, then 7 and in the end was told we can't get a taxi for you after 40 mins of waiting, even though I had booked half a day in advance, I almost missed my flight because of them.

Asked to get a cab for an emergency vet appoinment was told that unless my (small lap dog) was in a box ? That none of his drivers would take them ,when i asked why ? I was told that that ‘i was more than welcome to use any other cab service goodbye ‘ terrible service .

Network Cars provides no customer service at all - I don't know how they have managed to keep their license!!!! They are rude, unreliable, and unprofessional. If you need a car for a certain time, even with a pre-booking it means nothing - use another firm. they are just incompetent.
