Super quick with appointments, a decent standard of healthcare, doctors and nurses. The NHS has well publicised shortcomings and funding issues - this surgery manages to overcome most of them. I had problems abroad … my Dr helped me by email and then arranged for meds to be at Heathrow on my return. A++
The surgey itself is nice but I'm writing a complaint about the neglect of my grandmother. First of all, my grandmother discussed food tasing like garbage with her doctors and they blamed this on a folic acid medication she was taking - not once did they check her mouth. Within one day of being in hospital, she was diagnosed with oral trush. This is disgraceful - she lost a lot of weight due to not eating properly. ON TOP OF THIS, they consistenly dismissed symptoms of cancer, blaming it on folic acid deficiency and a manner of other things. I, as a biomedical scienst student, was able to tell there was something a miss with her hormonal system just by looking at her She had excessive hair growth on her face. She had so many other symptoms as well, she could barely walk! How can a registered doctor not know this?! Now she has had adrenal cancer for likely 5 months, progressing in her body, with no help. I am beyond disgusted, and have lost a lot of faith in medical GP's.
