I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience learning about Digital Marketing and I am happy that I made the decision to enrol. Poorly organised admin team. It’s very difficult to reach out to them and seems no one is working in the team. Here is my story: I signed up for the program in Sep 2023 but was delayed to receive meeting instruction. When I raised queries to the admin team, the staff don’t even know what’s happening. It took them 3 days just to send me the meeting invite and I was late for class. It’s been 6 months now since I completed the course and I have emailed them back and forth multiple times to ask for my certificate. They have been saying I have not completed my initial assessment. But I already did in the beginning of the class and I emailed them the snip of my assessment completion at least five times. They just ignored my email and I tried calling them and explaining to them and ask for help. Again, no response just repeating the same things. I have raised this institution to department of education as I believe they have abused apprentice’s right and purposely delayed in giving certificate due to their disorganised internal operation. Same things happens to other students in my class
Extensive and exemplary well structured courses and teaching that is supported with comprehensive resources. Highly recommended. I will most definitely be using Netcom Training Ltd in future and would advocate taking advantage of their FREE funded certified IT courses.
The foundation of cyber security 3 month course was very informative and well explained. Our tutor Amir Din shows great expertise in cyber security with thought out real life explanations to the course topics covered. Highly recommend if new to cyber security.
The tutors are excellent and really helped with my understanding throughout my studying. Unfortunately, the admin and recruitment side lacks some clarity and efficiency. I would still recommend as once on the course the content and tutors go above and beyond to give you what you need to get your qualification.
Wow! Where do I even begin? My digital marketing tutor Nathan Shields is an absolute gem! Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable, but he also has this magical ability to turn even the most mundane topics into an absolute blast! I Have thoroughly enjoyed the social media and web design course. My Tutor was Nathan Shields, he is a fantastic tutor and has helped me so much throughout this course, i am so pleased i decided to enroll.
Really enjoyed learning from James Johnstone, he's very encouraging and patient with the class. Undertook a Network Infrastructure Cloud Technician bootcamp, with no prior IT experience and completed this bootcamp with a wealth of knowledge, certifications and a job before the scheduled end date. Tips: Stay focused and revise daily, even if for 30 mins. Take notes, listen attentively and use all resources possible. I'd recommend Netcom for anyone, if you're thinking of studying IT and like me you're seeking a career change into something internationally recognised where you're progressively learning and not lying dormant. My ambition is to pursue a pathway into Cyber security in the not so distant future. Thanks again for all your input and words of encouragement James. *Only Con is the diagnostics test when you're first enrolling, these are tedious especially if you've got the applicable GCSE's or qualifications.
