The member of staff who served me was lovely. I came in recently and she was very helpful and got me to try a fantastic new coffee. Excelent customer service!

I had very bad experience in this new opened coffee machine shop, the staffs are only interested on some customers they like, not on every one. When the second day the shop was open in Tunsgate, I was waiting there very patient and polite for 10 minutes, don't know why they were not interested on me and one of the staff tried to ignore me, not only just that, but also appeared to be rude and cold . Any way, they are not nice, and have no good attitude. I don't think they will be truly kind to other customers, I'm not surprised if more complains will be made by other people here in the future.

I was pleased to see that Nespresso is coming to Guildford . I visited the pop up store on day of opening. Wonderful service, friendly staff. I was overwhelmed by the genuine warm welcome. I bumped into two friends carrying.a nespresso bag. They were beaming that they can get their coffee from Nespresso Guildford. They commented on how nice the staff were. I joined in with their joy. Can’t wait for the shop to open. In the meantime I can pop to the pop up store in The Tunsgate yo get my pods served by a great Guildford Team. Amazing😊
