Tempo grass. Took about a week to deliver, not too bad considering current circumstances. Had to pay for deliver which was quite high but grass was by far the best quality of about 50 samples from various companies. So pleased with results on Patio garden and balcony

After having artificial grass laid in our garden bought a lawn rake/brush from NeoGrass as the reviews were good. Good quality, quick delivery, works a treat!

Great service, good delivery, and good quality product. Have not used it yet but sure it will do a grand job as sturdy and very well made. Good value for money.

Ordered the neo grass sand on the Sunday and it was delivered as promised a couple of days later by DHL. Followed the instructions on neo’s website  and now my artificial turf looks good and perky! Note turf not a neo product.

Ordered my grass rake and had to wait an incredible 24hrs for delivery.  The rake is superb and performance is exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate in recomending this company or its product. Thanks again.

There were some delays with my order but that's perfectly understandable under the current covid situation. Any questions I had regarding my order were promptly and professionally answered through the live chat system. Would use them again.

I found the customer service at Neo grass outstanding. The grass arrived when advised, and looks fantastic. I did a lot of research prior to purchasing and got samples off many companies. I had faith in Neo grass based on numerous conversations and felt well advised that we had selected the best grass for our needs. The grass has only been down a short while, but so far is excellent. The dogs Gt Dane snd Labrador are happy toileting on it, it’s easy to keep clean and the grass has stood up to lots of dog foot traffic. I would highly recommend.

This companies advertising heavily promotes it’s "next day delivery, if order is received by 11:00 am" so that they seem a great option, unfortunately they are not.  Order placed at 09:56, tue 23rd more than 1hour before the deadline. So instead of packing the sameday as promised they package the day after. I received a TNT mail saying package ready to collect for next day delivery, and would be delivered before 18:000 Thursday: Waited in, no package. Friday: Waited in, no package, called TNT, who explained the package had not been collected. Called: Neograss, who confirmed the package and 60 others had not been collected, there was no explanation, no apology and apparently no will to rearrange delivery. Saturday: bought an alternative product. Sunday: completed the job turfing with the alternative product. Monday 29th: received an e-mail from Neograss saying my order has been delayed, and shipping will be resumed on 30th. Tuesday: Nothing. Wednesday; nothing Thursday: Nothing Friday Bank Holiday Sat 3rd: TNT tracker says the package has been in Dartford since 1st. Neograss stupidly send a mail for a reference; Do not use this company, they have no sense or urgency or will to resolve any problems, there are better options out there. Do not be fooled by their next day delivery promise, they have no intention of honouring it. Rated as, less than useless.

I ordered an artificial grass rake! Shipping was swift and it arrived earlier than scheduled via Royal Mail. I had a good experience shopping through their website online.

Excellent customer services after postal services failed to inform me that they'd attempted delivery.
