I’ve had teeth whitening treatments in the past but can honestly say that My treatment today at Neoderm was the best result by far. Really happy with the whole appointment , the premises are lovely and clean , the whole procedure was explained clearly to me along with the aftercare which was emailed before I got home . Sorry I forgot the name of the male who did my treatment but he was really nice throughout . Thankyou I’ll look forward to next treatment in July . 5

I just had the best experience with Neo-derm. I called in for some skincare advice and to place the order, and it was a breeze. They even gave me a discount on my first order. I got my stuff in just 3 days, and i couldn't be happier. Will definitely call up again when i need to restock!

Order placed 8 days ago with standard shipping 3-5 days and order still not dispatched. Phoned up Thursday and told there has been a delay and will be dispatched Friday. Called up Friday and told they don’t have stock and are waiting for it to come in but should get with me soon. When asked if the order was in stock when I ordered the man just put the phone down on me and when I called back he pretended it was an accident. No updates or communication about order. Have been told it will be with me sometime next week! Really disappointing- first time ordering, usually use SkinStation for Obagi but due to the offers I thought I would try here. Wouldn’t recommend.

I visited Neo-Derm Manchester for a vitamin infusion treatment. The premises are immaculate inside and out, and my consultant was knowledge, professional and courteous. My treatment went exceptionally well, comfortable and finishing on time. I felt a genuine improvement in energy and a feeling of vitality by the end of the treatment. I would thoroughly recommend Neo-Derm, I have regular treatments planned for both the Manchester & London offices and trust that the treatments will continue to yield great results.

Made a purchase online on 14th Dec with plenty of time allowance for Christmas delivery. Received no dispatch notification so chased on the 20th Dec. Response received on 21st saying my order is due to be dispatched on the 22nd Dec. Despite their own delay they couldn’t even be bothered to ensure they paid for a pre Christmas delivery service, instead sending by Royal Mail second class. Poor, slow service and won’t be using again. Would advise to use an alternative company for ordering products online.

Had a few treatments with Neo-Derm always extremely happy with my services, highly recommend
