Nelson’s took over from my previous solicitor, who I have to say seemed to drag his heels not returning calls and after nearly 3 years still had not resolved my claim. Hannah Manewell took over my case and within weeks of speaking to me had reached a satisfactory end. Hannah has been like a breath of fresh air. If you need a solicitor, you definitely need to read this review, especially if it's for a medical negligence claim. I feel that I need to leave a review as I received such genuinely good service and care. I approached Nelson Solicitors after a recommendation from a relative as I had been turned down by two other solicitors who told me that they would not take on my case. One of them was a very large and highly ranked law firm. From the first phone enquiry to the finish, I received a professional and friendly service. Matthew Olner, my solicitor and his team, guided me through one of the most difficult times of my life and treated me more like a friend than just a client, which inspired confidence. They kept me informed of the process and progress throughout every step of the way. Matthew's previous medical experience was second to none. He understood my case much better than expected, which is vital in a claim like mine. Medical negligence claims are complicated and time-consuming and time sensitive. You need to choose a solicitor who knows exactly what you need and what needs to be done to get you the very best outcome possible. The result was a payout that covers the cost of changes that I will need to make both now and in the future. It  compensates for the damage received and the financial losses we have incurred. 1 year ago and more sort advice from them was told they would get in touch with me my father called twice was told by secretary that solicitors would get back to us New year 2024 called in February got through to solicitors she said she would find out 2 months later nothing their head of department Mr Richard Hammond emailed me asked questions and asked what is the financial cost as parents are old.  Was told in a long wind email etc and here is £50 pounds for you or charity's you would like ?  Keep the £50 pound go to shop buy what ever you want  To be mocked like this and passed on how do you know if we could afford you or not ?  Here is £50 pound  Disgusting behaviour even when told by their own lady solicitors in 2023 it is a very high percentage win case. Took our paperwork documentation.  Then why take it if not to ring us or email with what and path and advice and strategies you would take to take the company to court. ?  Don't use them your be better off only for the high mighty who ever they think they are 1%  This is how we were treated.

Used the Nottingham Office to pursue an injury at work claim .  I was very pleased with the high standard of the process. Emma Howard fought hard for a satisfactory settlement and kept me informed throughout. Therefore I recommend Nelson’s especially Emma Howard .   Thank you

Went here for social services taking my children at the start was really good very good advice but outcome made it worst for me  since My children have been removed from there dad no one wants to help me fight for them back I've called message to be told I'll ring on a Thursday to katy messaging me saying you called in again seek legal advice else where if not Satisfied i wouldnt after to if she called when she said she was wouldn't go to these again was on social services side all along very feel let down by these people  disappointed
