Met a friend for an early dinner. Busy enough but a pleasant atmosphere. Service was quick. Enjoyed BBQ ribs with chips then sticky toffee pudding for dessert. No complaints about the quality or portion size. Bill for both of us was reasonable but probably also due to neither of us having any alcohol. Seems to suit a lot of groups like families, couples and others heading out for the night and the menu is varied enough.
Beautiful restaurant. Great atmosphere. Staff really friendly and helpful. Ate from the set menu and the food was delicious.
Bit of a treat going here for a family meal, more than we would usually spend but happy to do so. We were able to order from the main, set and kids menu. Food was lovely, good sized portions. Staff were really attentive and helpful. Vegan and vegetarian options available. Unbelievable mid week set menu. Service was fabulous too, booking in advance is a must! Didnt feel rushed to get the table back and actually had time between courses to chat etc without it being too long.
Friendly and helpful staff. Best fish and chips ever. The batter was so light and crispy; the fish itself perfectly cooked. Husband declared his burger the best he’d had in a very long time. Highly recommended.
Enjoyed a delicious sea bass main for lunch. Served on a bed of lentils and prawns. So well seasoned with hints of spices. Service attentive. All excellent and will definitely return. Can’t recommend highly enough.
Kept putting off visiting, but I'm glad that I did. You can see why the place is still going strong after all these years. The staff were friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and the food was stellar. I'll be back again, making any excuse to bring some friends or family. Vegetarian options: Had a fantastic mushroom Wellington.
Just had dinner here for my friends birthday food was beautiful... Nice relaxed atmosphere... very fast service .... staff very helpful ... cocktails on point

Just had a lunch with friends for my husband’s birthday. The service was good and good choice on the menu, including gluten free for me. Highly recommend. Dietary restrictions: Excellent gluten free options
