Still waiting for my medication to be delivered so in mean time I'll just sit in pain
Closed when I turned up for my covid jab. Was adamant it had been cancelled. 119 covid line confirmed it hadn't. Accepted no responsibility when I phoned the other branch, solely blaming the booking system and talked over me constantly on the phone. I hung up totally disheartened and will have no further dealings with them.
Shuts early sometimes not open on a Saturday which is no good if you work Mon to Friday staff are good nice little chemist
Supposed to have my 2nd vacation today at 11am and the place was closed utterly disgusting the least they could have done was get in touch to cancel appointments.... this was even after my wife rang up yesterday to make sure they were going to be open ..
