I had pain in my knee that made walking difficult. After just one session with Neil my pain was cured. He gave me an exercise plan that was specifically tailored to my problem and I was walking properly within a matter of days. Neil was incredibly helpful and informative. I would recommend Neil's practice without hesitation.

I had pain in my knee and am preparing for a big cycle across Scotland for charity .
Neil was quick to diagnose the problem and with strengthening exercises and some manipulation it has disappeared and now training pain free! Thanks Neil.

I had suffered lower back pain for 11years after having had a hernia operation. I had tried a good number of private and military Physio’s but had never been able to find a cure. I was recommended Neil during after talking to a fellow golfer. After the first session, once I understood what it was that was giving me pain, I found it started to ease off. After a week I went back to see Neil and my movement had improved dramatically and my pain had halved. A couple more check up sessions later and I’m very nearly pain free for the first time in years. I can’t recommend Neil more as he has given me a new lease of life and I am now enjoying things I do pain free.

Had an ankle that hadn't been properly rehabbed after an injury, After 3 weeks with Neil showed visible improvement in strength and flexibility !!!
