Nefyn is a fantastic place on the earth! Just 5 minutes to the beach Local shops, stunning views from Wales Coast Path and beach is really spacious.Also beautiful mountains around the town. Strongly recommend
A lovely beach walk from the NT carpark, around the headland to the beach front Public House, Ty Coch, in its secluded cove, and then up the track on to the Golf course and along to the Coastguard watch tower and some stunning panoramic vistas.nnMade all the better as I proposed to my partner on the beach as she sat down on a conveniently placed chair like rock.nnSpotted a little lizard on the beach, along with what I think we're Auks/shearwater chasing fish close to the beach.nnMake sure you pick the tides right as we had to do a little bit of scrambling in a couple of places as the tide came in as we walked towards the Pub Cove, but easily navigated.nnTake time to sit on the headland by the coastguard watch tower and drink in the views of Anglesey, Snowdonia and the Llyn Peninsula.nnA wonderful walk back across the Golf course track taking in the views from the otherside of the headland.
One of the best beaches I have ever been to. So quiet that I felt like I had the whole beach for myself. Nice scenery and the water is quiet. Perfect for snorkeling and kayaking. There are pay and park parking available nearby. There is plenty of sand to make sand castles so perfect for family also.
