This company is spectacularly let down by their attitude to customer service. The repair itself, was fantastic and very well carried out, however when it came to getting any kind of contact from NCR we really struggled. Even booking the car in was a struggle and that should've been a warning to us not to bother, the main phone number is rarely answered and none of our voicemails (probably 5+ in the 3 weeks we dealt with NCR) were actually picked up and dealt with. No progress updates were initially provided and we were promised callbacks that didn't happen. Eventually we got an email for one of the office team and to her credit, she was very good at keeping us in the loop but even then timescales were not adhered to and a repair that was quoted at taking from 8am Monday to close of business Wednesday was eventually finished at 5.30pm on Friday. Honestly I would this firm 5/5 for the repair but 0/5 for customer service and they really need to learn from this (and other reviews by the looks of things!)

Absolute shambles, arranged for my car to be picked up today, Friday, saw the lady on reception type in the details write out a confirmation and received an e-mail. Arranged a day off work for the collection checked with the to be told they don't work weekends, I explained I wanted them to work Friday as arranged but they don't pickup on Fridays, it appears they don't want anything in the yard as it so insecure. One star is for too much. Still no attempt to pick up my car, no contact from them.

Logged on online to request an estimate for a fairly simple repair. Got nothing back - not an email or phone call after 48 hours. Went instead to Berkshire Bodyshop which is pretty much next door and got superb service at a very reasonable price. Give NCR a miss in my experience.

Staff very friendly, and job very well done(less the valleting but that is less important).

These guys sorted out my previous car via the insurance after a pole had jumped out right in front of me in Tesco’s car park. Fairly swift and painless to deal with and had a hire car (albeit very tiny compared to what I dropped off).
