The amount of times the barrier gets stuck and then when you press the call button no one answers people pay good money to use this carpark sadly let down my the exit barriers longest I've had to queue is 25 minutes to get out with the whole car park being grid locked luckily this time was only 10 minutes thankfully

Zero Stars. I am a lift engineer working at OTIS LIFTS. I came to this car park to attend an emergency breakdown at M&S. At 00:17 hrs the entry point barriers let me in. While trying to exit I am now locked between the exit barriers and huge iron gate which is padlocked and I have no way to get out. I now have to spend the night in my service Van in 3*C. I begged the customer services to let me out as I am on emergency service but they cannot help. What a Stupid car park management.

5.9£ for two hours? You find cheaper parking in Westminster.

Excellent, simply lost a star due to lack of visibility on the entry exit ramp to upper floor. Not so careful drivers cut the corner. Other than that it's very spacious and reasonably priced - free if you spend local within the 2 hour slot.

Extremely expensive. £9.75 for 4hrs, even more expensive than Highcross Leicester with fewer shops or amenities to make it worth it. Two stars for ease of parking and spaciousness.
