Extremely expensive nearly £25 for 4 hours off peak hours! and the discount from children’s hospital didn’t work despite validating at their reception desk. The weather was extremely cold and I wouldn’t say it’s very close to the children’s A and E but I couldn’t find any other car parks much closer to the Children’s A & E. I won’t be using this car park again and don’t trust the validation discount offered by the children’s hospital. I had to carry my daughter all the way to the hospital as she was sick and unable to walk.
Absolute dump. The tightest bays to park in. Staircase stinks of urine All for the lovely price of £29.70 for less than 6 hours. Nice One NCP! F&*^%£$g rip off merchants. Sort it out!! There's a cost of living crisis in case you hadn't heard!!
Every time I park here it takes me about 20 minutes to actually leave the car park because the barriers never work, cars are then backed up at peak times trying to get out. It’s extremely frustrating
The lady who is working tonight at the Royal Angus is very rude. 23/10/22. My partner left her discount ticket at hospital in the room with me by accident, we tried to give her the code but she wouldn't do it and was being very difficult. I have 2 poorly children at the hospital and it doesn't help the situation one bit, I'm extremely angry
Why is this one £4.95 per hour when the one 10 minutes away is £1.02 per hour .. how can they justfy that ... avoid this Car Park unless your made of money!!
Wow this carpark avoid at all times was charged £32 something not our fault if the appointment time went over something needs to be done about it
Given the astonishing price, you'd think they would clean up broken glass. You'd also expect them to create an app that works and respond to their customer service line.
Rip off car park £19.80 for 3.5hrs on a saturday. Parked on saturday 5th Feb 2022, car park had plenty of spaces, very old fashioned type with very narrow spaces and lots of concrete pillars. Thought i was lucky that there were a good few empty spaces, on returning 3.5hrs later i realised why there were plenty of spaces £19.80!! What a rip off. The B4 next door is a much smarter car park with bigger spaces, bit nearer the shops and almost half the price. Lesson - don't use this ncp.
Total rip off, £20 for 4 hours parking on a Sunday. Hospital nearby, totally taking advantage. Shame on you.
Little one very poorly I parked 4 hrs for £16 didn't get it validated as I was told to go the main entrance and look for machine while little ones screaming. Good location but £16 parking for 4 hrs is joke. If you want to make it cheaper more machines to validate would help people taking there sick children. Or make it hard to validate to maximise profits. Shame on you.
