Rip off for just a few hours parking. Small entrance which looks like its caught many cars out, scraping their paintwork. Lift out of order too.

Easy to find details but parking spaces SO NARROW.. Took me ages to park in a space and my daughter had to climb into the rear to get out of the car!

Very convenient Car Park for Holiday Inn and Radisson Blu hotels five minute walk from Bullring and major shopping areas including Chinatown

Parked here overnight as staying at hotel, very expensive and car broken into (no valuables on display as none in vehicle!) and vandalised in broad daylight with extensive damage. No action taken by NCP at all to protect vehicle and no effort made to contact police. Had been noted by car park staff but left for several hours with windows smashed and alarm sounding. Apparently happens a lot according to staff.
