Having done some research online I was interested in finding out more about the various pointing options available and needed help to see which one would suit my requirements. I left a message and was delighted when I got a call back almost straight away. I dealt primarily with Carl, but every member of staff I spoke to was really helpful. I ordered 10 tubs of their most expensive pointing compound and watched the video on YouTube - as did my contractor. Initially he was very reluctant and when I explained to Carl that chap had reservations he drove all the way from their offices in Lancashire to sunny Buckinghamshire to show them how to use the product. In fairness, Carl did admit that he was hoping for repeat business from my paving contractor and that it was not my charm and personality that had made the difference but all the same what brilliant service! The product does what it says on the tin and I am sending the unused tubs back for a refund. I would definitely use them again .
