Slow. Don't listen to you. Charge you more than agreed. Fail to properly explain anything. This firm should be banned from practicing. The reviews left by others says it all. Now reviewing taking action against them.

Very bad service. Never answer the phone. Sent me details related to other clients transactions. Found them very slow and somewhat rude. One star is being nice

Slow and no customer service skills. Takes months for the to do anything and weeks for them to reply. cheap for this reason. Use if you have all the time n the world otherwise you'll prob loose you sale/purchase.

Horrendous. Lost my all my documents I sent them! Even though they were sent recorded and were signed for by a staff member! My bank statement, passport copy, and various other official documents. Avoid this lot. Terrible and rude rather than admitting doing anything about any fault. Apparently a call once a day to ask what has been done is too much?!
