We bought a Aubrion shirt as a present online having been advised the size was not in stock at the store. It cost £4 for postage. It arrived with clear unsightly marks on the front and we returned it. Not only was this inconvenient but the full cost of buying was not refunded. We find ourselves out of pocket in the postage of £4. They also cancelled the other item on the online order without any explanation even though they are still showing as available online. Very ooor online service.
Shop was clean , well signposted, with parking. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Great range of products and sizes. Excellent service all round and was impressed with the time taken to ensure our granddaughter was fitted for a body protector, speaking to her direct and involving her in the process ensuring she understood how it should fit and feel. We will be back.

If you live around Rochdale and are into horses, you'll know how good this place is. I suspect people come from miles around to shop here. Always helpful, always knowledgeable
Staff helpful - just none of the items we chose were in stock so a wasted journey.
I think this is the only place in the region for equestrian sports,best place where you can find saddles , I was looking for Real leather saddle which unfortunately was not in stock ,yet I was actually impressed by the variety of products they have. If you are into equestrian you cant miss Naylors
Went to get new riding helmet for my little girl. Young lady serving was more than helpful. Even though they didn’t have the one we wanted in stock in the size required, she helped us find size we needed and helped us as much as she possibly could. Ended up buying other items.
Now it's been bought by Sports Direct, as told to me by staff member Olivia Hanson, you can see a big difference - went to try on some boots and was told they only had 3 sizes per boot, couldn't answer any questions about incoming stock or upcoming Black Friday deals, very disappointing, wont be going back.
Great place for everything equestrian ! Knowledgeable friendly staff and a nice line in Barbour clothing. Well worth a visit
