I’ve been coming to this place for my hair to be done by any of the stylist that work in either of the salons (Brackla&broadlands) for over 12 years and they are all fab! Best experience of having hair done ever! I’ve been to most places in Bridgend area and they have not done my hair how I’ve wanted it. But this place can do all sort to my hair that I love! I really do recommend this salon, brackla and broadlands for anyone! I’m always offered a cup of tea, coffee or even a cold drink which involves sparkling water with elderflower which is amaze. Thanks for the good experience Navidi hair company.. shall see me soon.

Well where do I start, I’ve had such bad experience with hair dressers in the past, I was recommended to go to sam to sort my hair out . Sam started out fine, friendly and chatty, he bleached all of my hair as it was uneven due to an attempted bleaching from a previous salon. Sam decided to bleach all my hair for a second time then leave me even though I had booked for him to do my hair. Lou started to bleach my hair I informed her that my hair was beginning to snap and she reassured me telling me “it will be fine”. I repeatedly asked both Lou and Sam throughout the day on a price for my hair and they both told me they would get back to me . Once my hair had been dyed and dried I told Lou I wasn’t happy with it at all, the colour ,it looked green and the fact my hair was snapping even after having it cut. Lou again reassured me that they will sort it, to go to the broadlands salon on the Tuesday for an olaplex free of charge and to come back to brackla for a toner and another olaplex “free of charge on us “ her exact words, with the reassurance that the salon wasn’t going to leave my hair in a complete mess I stupidly paid £175!! On the Tuesday I went over to broadlands and the staff couldn’t believe the condition of my hair. I was so upset I’d spent all this money to have my hair wrecked. One of the girls in the salon telephoned Sam through out the morning while I was there regarding my hair. Lou had denied saying that I would have any olaplex or toner for free so I went on the phone to Lou and she confirmed everything she said to me the week previous and that after Friday I would have to pay for any olaplex that I wanted . After my hair had been blow dried I went to book for Friday , when Sam notified the lady that I would be paying for it, she told Sam that Lou had told me twice that I would be getting it for free and he said “ no I’ve just listened to her telling her on the phone” Lou also told him that the olaplex I had on the Tuesday was paid for on the previous Friday. Sam expected me to buy a 40pound conditioner from his shop which he also told the staff me and Lou told her she would need that. My hair has been left in a state its absolutely ruined. Sam gave me a travel pack conditioning treatment to sort my hair out, but it hasn’t touched it. I’ve bought multiple masks and conditioners but my hair is ruined , I’m devastated that an experienced hair dresser would leave me with uneven orange snapped hair that I’m unable to even brush after repeatedly telling them I wasn’t happy about it, my hair is like only what can be described as chewing gum, Ive posted this to warn others. I’m now seeking legal advice.

I needed a very last minute wash and blow dry as I was attending the Polo at Celtic Manor at lunchtime. They fit me in within 10 minutes of my call, the end result was a beautiful bouncy blow dry created with brushes. Service was great, the salon is lovely, I got a sparkling water which is a nice touch to still water. The staff were lovely and chatty. It only cost £20 which is a great price. Il definitely be returning!

AVOID!! This is the worse hairdresser thatbi have ever experienced in all my thirty plus years of hair cuts!! I went there as a reluctant new customer as I was desperate for a hair cut but it seemed quite acceptable to keep me waiting almost half an hour past my appointment time. I almost got up to leave & regret that i didn't! I've had my hair in a bob style for years, basic stuff really for a hairdresser but I just felt it wasn't right & I wasn't really happy with it. My cut was a little rushed, from start to finish (wash, cut & dry) it took less than half hour. I've since been to a proper hairdresser & she was so shocked at how bad my hair was & pointed out that whoever had done it last didn't know what they were doing. She showed me the back of my hair & it was so clear to see that it was far from right, it was different lengths & you couldn't miss it! Seriously I would so not recommend this place, I can't bring myself to call it a salon!!
