I went to Natwest farnworth on my dinner break last tuesday to up my overdraft so I can buy gas cards . I didn't think I would be waiting long as there was only 3 old ladies being served and just aswell as I needed a wee . WELL I was wrong  !!,  After reading all the leaflets and the bible 3 times I could feel my bladder rupturing inside me. The lady waved me over and said "I'm sorry sir, we're closing now we finish at 16:00". So I had to shuffle out through the door with urine and blood streaming down my legs and was very embarrassed .

The staff here are so rude and unhelpful. Can't even apologise for an error on their part  (short changed 200 pound in a change order on a Friday night) go for change Wednesday a d they can't check it as it's been checked by 2 staff prior. What a joke. Natwest you need new professional staff in this branch ASAP

I can agree with most people writing a review that the bank is hardly ever open when you need it. Only people that benefits is the staff, 10am - 4pm and closed all weekends - what a cushy job they have, might apply.

By far the worst natwest branch i have been to. Everytime i go it takes 25mins plus to get served. The staff are just not bothered. Needs more cashiers and a big improvement on customer service skills.
