I had to look up the address for Natwest in Burgess Hill as I don't go there often. I saw a one star review and wondered how that was possible. Having been in I can say that it is because of this branch that I will be closing my Natwest account which I have had for nearly 30 years. Rude and unhelpful staff is the best I could say about this branch.

This bank has always been cordial until today. We regularly request change for charity events and personal use. Today an appologetic member of staff informs me that, upon the request of the head cashier, Natwest will no longer provide change to personal account holders. This is a complete surprise as all other branches of Natwest have been beyond helpful. This also conflicts with communication that I have had with head office. Sadly I feel that the bloody minded head cashier has ruined my faith in Natwest. 100% avoid this unhelpful branch. I shall be struggling with coin etc from the Crawley branch now... which as a severly disabled person is less than ideal.
