Has anyone, over 50 and female, been humiliated by the door woman, or is it just me? It's a pity as the tellers are helpful and friendly. At these difficult times she sure don't like anyone who won't agree to internet/telephone banking.
The lady who attended me was very nice. The only pity is the pay in cashier, it was out of service and I had to queue for the till
I walked to the natwest bank in runcorn walked a mile and it was shut after it being stated on google it was open
